🔁 Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
Items must be unused and in original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at support@bengalflavors.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

📌 Please note:
We do not accept returns for non-defective items, opened packages, or change-of-mind requests.

💸 Refunds

If your return is approved:

A full refund will be processed to your original method of payment
Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

If your return is declined due to policy violations, we will notify you with an explanation.

🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product:

Contact us within 7 days
We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost once verified
